There are various ways to get involved with the Phoenix Center. We are always looking for those who embrace diversity and want to help others. Below are ways you can help.
VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are utilized for "The Center", the youth group. This might be helping weekly or donating you time and talent to be a guest speaker. To volunteer, call for an application, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
In addition, our Board of Directors is made up of a group of committed volunteers who have an interest in our mission. From time to time board seats become available. If you are interested, please call Jonna Cooley, for more information.
If you would like to volunteer, go to this link to download an application. We look forward to working with you!
DONATE
The Phoenix Center is always collecting donations. Items that are needed for Billy's House, the residential program, include nonperishable foods, hygiene products, books and videos, and cleaning supplies. The youth program needs include art supplies and board games. The Center, in general, always needs toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and of course, cash donations.
In addition, you can donate your time... office work, painting, preparing outreach supplies, fundraising committee or if you have a specific talent, repairs.
